12 x 12 Exhibition

I work with a patchwork group called the Kapiti Stitchbirds and we meet fortnightly ten months of the year.  Last year we decided to do one  12" x 12" small quilt  a month as a challenge. At the beginning of the year we secretly put a slip of paper with a word into an envelope and each month withdrew one word. This was to be the inspiration of this month's themed quilt.  The exhibition is on at Minerva Gallery, Cuba Street, Wellington until the end of March. The quilts are shownin the order of the selected words.
